There will be <strong>two international calls <\/strong>for candidates and contracts will have a duration of 36 months.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>3-i ICT will run over <strong>60 months<\/strong> and will provide ESRs with unique opportunities for <strong>basic and applied interdisciplinary research, training and career development<\/strong>. During this period, ESRs will acquire real experience and practice on interdisciplinary projects that bridge the gap between different fields of science.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The programme will include <strong>secondments in non-academic partner institutions<\/strong> in Spain and abroad and each thesis will have one <strong>supervisor<\/strong> from the <strong>field of ICT<\/strong> and one from a <strong>different academic discipline<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The project will enhance fellows\u2019 career prospects by improving and diversifying their <strong>employability skills<\/strong>. They will come away with a PhD degree and comprehensive complementary <strong>training in research and transferable skills<\/strong>.
